These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the booking of any safari, tour, or travel-related service offered by Azure Trips by Majestic (“Azure Safaris,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or booking a safari with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a booking.

2. Bookings
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Azure Safaris.
- A booking is only confirmed once a deposit (or full payment, where applicable) has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by us.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and details provided at the time of booking are accurate. Azure Safaris is not liable for errors arising from incorrect information supplied by the client.
- Bookings made on behalf of other travelers must be authorized by those individuals, and the person making the booking accepts responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided and payments due.
3. Payment Terms
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your safari booking, with the balance due prior to the departure date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
- All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. Confirmed bookings are not subject to price increases, except in cases of significant currency fluctuation, government-imposed taxes, or fuel surcharges beyond our control.
- Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website or provided directly by our team.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@azuresafaris.com.
- Cancellation fees apply based on how far in advance of the safari departure date the cancellation is made. Specific cancellation charges will also be outlined in your booking confirmation or separate Booking & Cancellation Policy.
- No refunds will be given for unused services, early departure, or no-shows once a safari has commenced.
- Azure Safaris strongly recommends that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation.

- Azure Safaris reserves the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, wildlife conditions, safety concerns, or supplier availability. We will make every effort to offer comparable alternatives.
6. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
- Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, all required visas, and any necessary vaccination certificates for their destination(s).
- Azure Safaris is not liable for any loss, delay, or additional expense arising from a traveler’s failure to meet entry, visa, or health requirements.
- We recommend consulting your nearest embassy or a travel health professional well in advance of travel.
7. Health, Safety, and Conduct
- Safari travel involves inherent risks, including exposure to wildlife, remote locations, and variable terrain and weather conditions.
- Travelers must disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or dietary requirements at the time of booking to allow us to make appropriate arrangements.
- Azure Safaris reserves the right to refuse or remove any traveler from a safari whose conduct is deemed to endanger themselves, other travelers, staff, or wildlife, without refund.
- All travelers must follow the instructions of guides, drivers, and accommodation staff at all times, particularly regarding wildlife safety.
8. Liability
- Azure Safaris acts as an intermediary between travelers and third-party suppliers, including accommodations, transport providers, activity operators, and airlines. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these independent third parties.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Azure Safaris shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, delay, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, wildlife behavior, flight cancellations, or acts of government.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.
9. Force Majeure
Azure Safaris shall not be held responsible for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, government action, or transport disruption. In such cases, we will work with you to explore reasonable alternatives, though additional costs may apply.
