Yes — Mahé and Praslin transfers are private and included, and La Digue doesn't allow cars at all, so a bicycle (rented locally and inexpensively) is genuinely the best way to see the island.

The islands are pleasant year-round, though April–May and October–November tend to have the calmest seas for inter-island ferry crossings.
Not as a fixed inclusion, but Anse Lazio and Anse Source d'Argent both offer excellent snorkeling directly from the beach, and equipment can be arranged through your resort.
